one of our VP's (who happens to be a really awesome guy and cool friend of mine) brought me kinesio tape and a book on how to apply it. ive seen it all over Olympians but wasnt really sure it worked. well, ive officially begun my test. he said it usually stays on for about a week at a time so im in test mode until it falls off.
*edited to add. ive officially gotten a physical therapy appointment. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! i was given a recommendation from our creative services VP (the aforementioned dude above). please GOD let this give me relief.
